Plan and billing
Every plan includes everything in Tierline; plans differ in how many people they’re for. An owner or admin chooses the plan for the whole team.
How to read it

Where you stand: the free trial and the day it ends, or your plan and when it renews.

Pay monthly or yearly; yearly has two months free.
- 3.
The plans: Solo for one person, Team for up to 10, and Enterprise for more, by conversation.
What to do here
Choose a plan during the trial
Choose a plan before the trial ends and you aren’t charged until it does. You pay on Stripe’s own page; Tierline never sees your card.
Change the card or cancel
Manage billing and invoices opens Stripe’s billing portal: the card, the invoices, a change of plan or cancelling. A cancelled plan runs to the end of what you paid for.
Good to know
- The free trial is 14 days with no card, for up to 3 people.
- If a payment fails, Tierline keeps working while Stripe tries again, and says so. Update my card fixes it.
- When a trial or a plan ends, your settings, states and watchlist are kept, and Settings stays open, so you can choose a plan and pick up where you left off.
