Billing questions

What's in the free trial?
Everything, for 14 days, for up to 3 people. No card needed. When it ends, choose a plan to keep going; nothing is charged unless you do.
If I choose a plan during the trial, when am I charged?
When the trial ends. You keep the free days you have left.
What's the difference between the plans?
How many people they're for. Every plan has all of Tierline: the overview, brands new to your states, every label, distributors and brand moves, supplier maps, trends, Ask and the morning briefing.
Is Ask included?
Yes, in every plan and in the free trial. Each person can ask up to 40 questions a day, and a whole company up to 150. Answers are written by AI from Tierline's own data.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Any time, from billing. A switch is pro-rated; a cancellation keeps your plan to the end of what you paid for.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe; we never see your card. Enterprise plans can be invoiced. Prices are in US dollars, plus any sales tax.
