Terms of service

Tierline is a service of Tandem. By using it you agree to these terms, for yourself and for the company whose account you use.

The service

Tierline shows information from public records (TTB’s Public COLA Registry and permit list, and brand registrations published by states), matched and sorted by us. We work to keep it accurate and current, but public records can be late or wrong, and our matching can be too: check anything you rely on against its source, which we link.

Ask’s answers are written by an AI model, from the same public records, and can be wrong in the same ways or new ones. Check them before you act on them. Ask has daily limits on questions.

Trials and plans

• The free trial lasts 14 days and needs no card. When it ends, access stops unless your company chooses a plan; your settings are kept.
• Plans renew each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the period paid for.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars, plus any applicable tax.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. Each person needs their own account; an owner or admin of your company’s account can invite people and remove them, up to the number your plan allows.

Fair use

Don’t resell Tierline’s data, scrape it, or use it to send people mail they didn’t ask for. Sharing labels by email has daily limits for the same reason.
